Our competence is the development and sale of pneumatic and electrical automation components for all branches of industry. Our focus is on customer-specific solutions. Territory Sales Manager (f/m/x) 

Your field of activity - customer care and new customer acquisition

  • As Territory Sales Manager you are responsible for the active support of some of our sales partners in Europe and successfully development of your associated territory.
  • You will support sales directly on site and accompany projects through all project phases until successful completion.
  • You will communicate with managers, engineers and specialists at eye level and will be able to develop automation solutions with customers, sales partners and our internal specialist departments.
  • Together with our sales partners, you will develop individual goals and strategies and implement them successfully. 
  • You will be able to identify potential projects in the field of automation technology and find ways to implement them. 
  • The close cooperation with international partners fascinates you, you are open-minded about different cultures as well as an increased travel activity.

Your profile - sales professional with technical understanding

  • You are an industrial or mechanical engineer and/or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have proven experience in direct and indirect sales of automation solutions.
  • You have proven experience in acquisition and handling of complex projects in capital goods markets
  • You have experience in pneumatics and electromechanics.
  • You apply your technical skills on solving a variety of application opportunities
  • You enjoy working in a team, have an international focus and can communicate fluently in English
  • Your open and communicative personality is completed by persuasiveness, self-organization and negotiation skills as well as commitment and willingness to travel.
