We develop, produce and supply excipients for use in oral solid dose and dry powder inhalation, but as a supplier of complete solutions we do a lot more than that. We work closely with pharmaceutical companies around the world, collaborating in original research, supporting their go to market strategies and fine-tuning our products to ensure that their medicines deliver exactly the right outcomes for patients.

Vacancy description

  • Contract & sales order entry
  • Price lists maintenance
  • Customer support: Customer queries, mailings, samples, complaints handling, master data
  • Debtor management
  • Preparation of audits
  • Forecasting: Proactive sharing information on market changes in order to get a reliable demand plan and providing input for the budgeting process
  • Responsible for fulfilling customer agreements for first-time-right deliveries (including after-sales service)
  • Providing commercial and administrative support to the Sales Managers

Team details

  • You will work within the Customer Management Team which consists of 9 international people
  • You will work in the head office in Goch; approx. 80 km from Düsseldorf and close to Nijmegen (Netherlands)

What we ask

  • Customer oriented mindset combined with a “can do” mentality and a strong sense of ownership
  • Very good English skills and good communication skills
  • Knowledge of the computer system SAP, MS Office
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Bachelor studies preferred in the commercial area or a commercial education (economic apprenticeship)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer services and in an international B2B environment
